"Better than the one on Roosevelt road which always has long lines. They had two friendly Latina workers working there when I went there compared to the one in Roosevelt. The one on Roosevelt seem like they don't wanna work there and are rude so I stopped working there. The food is also better here."

"My go to place when I have a craving for a crunchy taco! Food was good and served fast. Also had the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito and it was good. Service and staff were friendly and fast. Sticky floors are my only complaint but other than that the dining area was clean."

"RE:Update:No Crispy Wings! I've been frequenting this Berwyn Taco Bell on Ogden Ave. plan on going before the Eagles/Chiefs SB... 1st of all, it seems because of Christmas, their normal business hours during that time changed - so some IDIOT decided to smear and break a window next to the drive- up! REAL CLASSY... I've NEVER had any issues here AND been a return customer at least every other weekend... I REALLY like the helpful AND friendly staff, as I ALWAYS feel welcome... The managers are great !! They prepare the food to how I like it AND the service is with a smile... LOVE their breakfast's, but also tacos(reg+supreme), roll ups, quesadillas, burritos, Mexican pizza & their bacon crunch wraps too !! Usually I get steak, ground beef, & chicken! TASTY! Tried the Cinnabun Iced Coffee which was tasty as promised... And those Cinnabun Treats are the BOMB ! They're the perfect treat! (addictive) Their parking lot & building are kept clean inside and out, so I updated my review and gave them a 5 star rating... I did mention that the outdoor waste can was full just past the drive- up window since they are busy late wknd nites I think... Maybe have two there side by side?? Will always be back as it's my FAVORITE Taco Bell... Thanks to managers & staff there... Paul Re-UPDate: Sat 11, 2023 got there and couldn't believe it NO CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS !!? Already?!! (hardly anyone knew about they're new Crispy Chicken Wings AND everyone who tried them agreed they were the BEST WINGS EVER!!!) Hope corporate does finally pay attention to us the mere CONSUMERS & CUSTOMERS ! (packaging kept em crispy) Bring back the CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS !!!!"

"Late night drive thru. There was no line behind us. Order taker was a little impatient with us needing time to look at the menu. Told her 4 times we hadn't been there in a long time. My out of town visitor was looking for something she had in another state. Food smelled wonderful. I didn't order anything for myself."
